Refund policy

1. 14-Day Returns
You may return unused gaming headsets in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Items must include all accessories (cables, adapters, manuals).

2. How to Return
Email us at support@nubwotech.com with your order number.
We’ll send return instructions and a return address.
Ship the item back using a trackable method.

3. Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
No restocking fees.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customer pays return shipping unless:
→ You received a wrong/damaged item
→ The return is due to our error

5. 2-Year Limited Warranty
Defects in materials/workmanship are covered for 2 year from delivery.

Email support@nubwotech.com with:
→ Your order number
→ Proof of purchase
→ Description + photos/video of the defect
We’ll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept:
❌ Opened software/digital codes
❌ Damaged/missing packaging
❌ Used headsets with signs of wear
❌ Items purchased from 3rd parties

7. Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video.
We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement immediately.
